Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were big, comfortable, and sparkling clean, the unfortunate smell of stale smoke lingered in both the rooms and public areas. The unique design featuring a huge window between the bathroom and bedroom was interesting, although some may find it lacking in privacy. Despite these drawbacks, the peace and spaciousness of the rooms made for a very comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were nice and big, not small at all, and had enough furniture, making my stay comfortable. However, the public areas had a bit of a stench issue. The service was top-notch; the staff was very nice and kind-hearted, even going the extra mile to assist with tours and medicine when needed. The location was convenient, close to famous places like Hochiminh Complex and Hanoi Citadel. Dining was a bit limited but still fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel.
When I arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and it needed some maintenance. After some improvements, it became actually comfortable. However, the public areas had an unpleasant odor. Despite that, I experienced an unexpected EDM party at 1:30 AM which was quite surprising and not ideal.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially those at the back and middle when the window had been left open prior to my arrival, were in a state of disrepair, yet surprisingly quiet and well-furnished with everything I might need. The service, despite the night shift receptionist being helpful, lacked promptness as they seemed to spend most of their time smoking in the reception area. The location was convenient, being in the local center and close to attractions like the Hochiminh Complex, but it was a bit far from the tourist areas. The dining experience was limited in food variety, though I could order dishes multiple times. Lastly, the facilities were adequate, with a notable shabushabu option available.
